Queen’s Park Swizzle
- 2 oz Two Jackasses Barrel Aged Rum
- 8 fresh Mint Leaves
- 0.75 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
Instructions
- Put mint leaves and Two Jackasses Barrel Aged Rum in tall glass and muddle the mint leaves
- Add fresh squeezed lime juice and simple syrup
- Add crushed ice to glass and swirl with bar spoon
- Fill to the top with crushed ice
- Garnish with Lime Wedge and fresh Mint sprig
