- Jalapeño Wheels seeds in
- Lime quartered
- Fresh Mint Leaves
- 4 ounces club soda
- 1.5 ounces Two Jackasses Unaged Silver Rum
- 2 tablespoons ultrafine sugar
- Crushed Ice
Drop a quarter of the lime, 2 jalapeño wheels and the mint into a glass
Crush with a muddler to release the flavor (can use the back of a wooden spoon)
Add sugar and another lime wedge mix it up and add the crushed ice
Add the Two Jackasses Unaged Silver Rum and Club Soda
Stir to combine
Garnish with another wedge of line and jalapeño wheel
