
- 1.5 oz Two Jackasses Spice Flavored Rum
- 1 oz of Lemon Juice
- .75 oz of Saffron Simple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp of Pumpkin Puree
- 1 oz of Club Soda or Prosecco
- Orange Slice for garnish
- Mint Sprig for garnish
Put ice in a cocktail shaker
Add Two Jackasses Spice Flavored Rum, Lemon Juice, Saffron Syrup and Pumpkin Puree to shaker
Shake vigorously for 30 seconds
Strain into a highball glass with fresh ice
Top with Prosecco
Garnish with Orange Slice and Mint Sprig
To make saffron simple syrup
Take 4 oz of warm water and add 3 threads of saffron and let steep for 30-60 mins
Strain out the saffron and bring the water to a boil
Add 1/2 cup of sugar and mix well
You can store the simple syrup in a sealed container in the refrigerator for about 2 weeks
