Bread Pudding with Apple

Instructions

1.Pre heat the oven to 180°C/356°F

2. Beat the eggs in a bowl and add the milk, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. Mix well

3. Add the chunks of bread to the egg mixture and set aside until it’s ”soggy”

4. Peel the apples and cut them into 0.5 inch cubes. 

5. When the bread absorbed most of the liquid add the apples and raisins.

6. Butter up a cake pan, add the mixture and bake for 45-50 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool off completely.
