Two Jackasses Rum

Spiced Pumpkin

Ingredients 

  • 1.5 ounces Two Jackasses Spice Flavored Rum
  • 1 ounce Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Lime Juice
  • 3/4 ounce Saffron Simple Syrup
  • 1 ounce Club Soda or Prosecco

Instructions

1. Add the rum, lemon juice, saffron simple syrup and pumpkin puree to an ice filled cocktail shaker
 
2. Shake for 30 seconds – strain into a rocks glass and top with Club Soda or Prosecco
