Two Jackasses Rum

Spicy Mojito

Ingredients

Jalapeño Wheels seeds in
Lime quartered
Fresh Mint Leaves
4 ounces club soda
1.5 oz. Two Jackasses Unaged Silver Rum
2 tablespoons ultrafine sugar
Crushed Ice

Instructions

1. Drop a quarter of the lime, 2 jalapeño wheels and the mint into a glass

2. Crush with a muddler to release the flavor (can use the back of a wooden spoon)

3. Add sugar and another lime wedge mix it up and add the crushed ice

4. Add the Two Jackasses Unaged Silver Rum and Club Soda and stir to combine

5. Garnish with another wedge of line and jalapeño wheel
