Two Jackasses Barrel Aged Rum

Two Jackasses Barrel Aged Rum is our silver rum placed in an American White Oak barrel for at least a year. This process allows the rum to take on some of the characteristics of the barrel and allows the rum to mature and soften as time and micro oxidation work to enhance the flavors of the rum. The rum takes on a darker appearance as it ages in the barrel and it takes on a caramel and vanilla flavors from the charred barrel.
